We are a family owned and run business in Whitby with one goal in mind which is for you and your family/friends to have a memorable holiday by us creating a clean, warm, comfortable space for you all to enjoy as you explore the wonders historical Whitby and its surrounding area has to offer.

Our 10 properties are assessed and rated each year by Quality in Tourism (QIT) to ensure our high standards are maintained.


For use during your stay we provide the items below in all of our properties:

A hand and bath towel per person and all bed linen.

Welcome hamper containing a selection of sweet items and a bottle of drink

Some tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods and milk to get you started

Some cleaning/essential items such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid, surface cleaner, cloths, tea towels and a kitchen towel

All utility bills including Wi-Fi

Well equipped kitchens with a selection of pans, serving dishes, cutlery and crockery

A selection of games, books and tourist leaflets

** Only 1 dog is welcome in the Pet Friendly Cottages unless more have been authorised in advance of booking.

Turnstone Cottage – Sandsend
